You'll revolutionize our video advertising strategy, create high-converting ad creatives using AI tools, and scale our paid media campaigns to drive user acquisition. You'll produce compelling video ads leveraging AI technologies, ensuring they capture attention, maximize CTR, and deliver strong ROAS across all advertising platforms. Join us to transform how we create and optimize video ads at scale!
Your day-to-day:
Content creating: Create high-quality, AI-generated video ads that drive conversions on paid advertising platforms, for example Google, Meta and others.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, PPC managers and designers to produce high-quality content.
Trend Awareness: Stay informed about the latest trends in content marketing and develop new ideas to engage the audience effectively. Conversions focused mindset and understanding of basic PPC analytics.
Content Editing and Improvement: Make sure that video content is meeting compliance guidelines
Timelines: Deliver High-Quality short AI Video ads for PPC on time, maintaining creativity, attention to detail, and consistency in all projects. Including concept prompt and produce.
AI trends:Stay current on AI video trends, contributing to internal standards and creative workflows.
Your skills & experience:
Leverage AI Tools (e.g., for voiceovers, scriptwriting, animation, and video editing) to produce videos that drive potential customers to install the app.
Proven experience producing AI-generated videos using tools such as Runway Gen-3, Sora, Veo, Pika, or Krea.
Could work with such programs like Adobe Premiere or Adobe after effectsBe comfortable editing UGC-style videos, motion graphics.
Ability to write and refine cinematic prompts with clear structure, lighting, and motion.
Motivated to push the boundaries of what AI-generated visuals can achieve.
Deep appreciation for visual aesthetics and storytelling principles.
Detail-driven and self-sufficient in managing multiple creative projects.
Willingness to continuously learn and adopt new AI tools and techniques.
Our Salary & Work Benefits Package:
Gross salary: 2000 - 2500 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
