NeoWork is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy AI Validation Virtual Assistant to join our team in the legal services division. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the validation of AI-driven tools and systems, ensuring that they meet the specific needs of our legal clients while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and compliance.
As a Virtual Assistant focusing on AI validation, you will work closely with our AI development team to test the functionality of legal software, verify data integrity, and provide valuable feedback for improvements. Your attention to detail and analytical skills will be crucial in identifying and resolving any issues that arise during the validation process.

Responsibilities
- Assist in the validation and testing of AI-driven legal tools and software
- Review and verify data accuracy and compliance with legal standards
- Document findings, report issues, and provide actionable feedback to the development team

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of AI tools in legal processes

Requirements
- Atleast 3 years of previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Legal Assistant, or in a similar role
- Basic understanding of AI technologies and their applications in legal services
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Familiarity with legal terminology and regulatory standards is preferred
- Proficient in using productivity tools, spreadsheets, and legal software
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Owned computer or laptop and stable internet connectivity
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and changing priorities
