We are seeking a Transformation Consultant with 3–5 years of experience to play a critical role in the discovery phase of an AI-driven business transformation. This position requires strong analytical skills, process thinking, and the ability to turn ambiguity into actionable plans. You will work closely with stakeholders to uncover pain points, identify AI opportunities, and lay the foundation for future initiatives.
What You’ll Do
Own workstream deliverables: Manage assigned tasks end-to-end with accountability for quality and timelines.
Conduct workshops and discovery sessions: Facilitate stakeholder engagement to gather insights and validate requirements.
Deep-dive analyses & recommendations: Perform structured analysis using Excel or advanced tools; synthesize findings into clear recommendations.
Develop process maps & support design: Document current-state workflows and propose future-state designs aligned with AI capabilities.
Map pain points and AI opportunity areas: Identify inefficiencies and areas where AI can deliver measurable impact.
Support data gathering and diagnostic analysis: Collect and analyze operational and process data to inform transformation decisions.
Document findings and use cases: Create clear, actionable documentation for stakeholders and technical teams.
Communicate confidently and manage timelines independently: Provide regular updates, manage dependencies, and ensure timely delivery.
3–5 years of experience in consulting, business analysis, or transformation projects.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Excel and familiarity with data analysis techniques.
Ability to manage ambiguity and translate it into structured plans.
Experience in process mapping and workflow design.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Exposure to and ability to explain AI/ML concepts on a high level.
Nice to Have
Business degree (e.g., MBA) is a plus
Domain experience in insurance industry, especially the underwriting process.

Background in design, engineering, data, or operations.
