About the Role
We are seeking a high-potential, analytically strong individual to join our team and drive high-impact, global transformation across functions. Reporting directly to the acting Chief Financial Officer, you will work closely with senior stakeholders and operating teams alike to radically streamline workflows and drive efficiencies.
You will combine financial rigor with AI-native ways of working—leveraging automation, data, and emerging tools to drive faster insights, improve decision-making, and execute with excellence across the business.
This role offers significant exposure across functions and is designed to prepare you for future leadership roles.

You will drive transformative change, first within the Finance and Corporate Services functions, then subsequently across the organization.
You will leverage AI to significantly improve speed, quality, and scalability of finance and strategy workflows

Most of the time, these problems will have no obvious solutions and significant tradeoffs.
With time, you will grow into a trusted partner to leadership and a high-potential successor for larger ownership roles
