What You’ll Do
- Design and deliver hands-on AI/ML trainings and workshops for technical audiences (developers, data scientists, engineers)
- Conduct AI and GenAI trainings for business people, explaining concepts and use cases in clear, non-technical language
- Build and maintain learning paths covering multiple areas, for example:
- LLM & Agentic Engineering
- Machine Learning & Data Science
- Natural Language Processing
- Computer Vision
- MLOps
- Create and update training materials (slides, notebooks, lab tasks, example projects, quizzes)
- Run interactive sessions: live coding, Q&A, code reviews, office hours, and small group or individual mentoring
- Work with internal stakeholders and clients to tailor trainings to real projects and industry use cases
- Continuously improve content based on feedback and keep trainings aligned with the fast-changing AI landscape
What You Bring
- Minimum 3 years of commercial experience building AI/ML solutions (e.g., AI Engineer, ML Engineer, Data Scientist)
- Strong Python skills and hands-on experience with at least some of the modern AI Python frameworks (for LLMs, data science, machine learning, etc)
- Ability to work and teach confidently in several of the following domains, and motivation to grow into the rest:
- LLM & Agentic Engineering (LLM applications, basic agents, RAG)
- Machine Learning & Data Science (EDA, modeling, evaluation)
Natural Language Processing (text classification, NER, embeddings)
- Computer Vision (image processing, CNNs, object detection)
- MLOps (experiment tracking, pipelines, deployment, monitoring)
- Training and/or mentorship experience, for example:
- Delivering internal trainings, workshops, or bootcamps, or
- Mentoring junior colleagues / running knowledge-sharing sessions, or
- Teaching at university, meetups, or online courses
- Strong communication skills: able to explain complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Comfortable facilitating group work, guiding discussions, and keeping participants engaged
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and curriculum frameworks
- Knowledge of creating or reviewing training materials, including scripts, microlearning modules, and assessments
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
