Job Overview – AI Trainer (LLM / Creative / Audio / Video)

As an AI Trainer, you will play a critical role in training large language and multimodal models that power next-generation AI-native applications such as immersive games, virtual assistants, and digital storytelling. Depending on your area of specialization — logic/language, writing, audio, or video — you will be helping refine AI's understanding of language, emotion, performance, sound, and visual context.

You’ll collaborate with global teams and contribute to cutting-edge AI development by evaluating model outputs, annotating data, and crafting high-quality content that teaches AI how to behave more naturally, creatively, and accurately.

Key Responsibilities

Train AI models by evaluating, labeling, and annotating data (text, audio, or video)

Follow strict guidelines to ensure high-quality content and feedback

Review model-generated content and provide structured responses

Write or edit creative prompts, dialogue, or descriptions as needed

Conduct quality assurance and flag inconsistencies

Collaborate with internal teams for feedback and process improvement

Participate in ongoing learning and skill development initiatives

Submit assignments within given deadlines and confirm completion via official forms

Job Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree-Masters or higher (Junior-Senior level)

Computer Science, Creative Writing, Journalism, Digital Media, Animation, Film, Audio Engineering, Literature, Psychology, or related fields.

Minimum CEFR B2 (Junior Level)

CEFR C1 or higher (Mid to Senior Level)

Junior: 0–1 year (entry-level content work, editing, or annotation)

Mid-Level: 1–3 years in relevant field (e.g., writing, video/audio production, QA, annotation)

Senior: 3+ years in advanced content development, AI training, or strategy

Requirements

Good written and verbal communication skills

Ability to understand, follow, and apply complex guidelines

High attention to detail and accuracy

Passion for technology, storytelling, and/or gaming

Fast learner, comfortable using digital tools and platforms

Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team

Willingness to take skill-based and logic/aptitude assessments

CEFR English Test Certificate or take English test.

Candidates must demonstrate a willingness to work on-site with a flexible schedule at our office locations in Imus or Bacoor, Cavite.
