This specialist collaborates across departments (Customer Service, Maintenance, Energy & Sustainability, Community/Owners’ Association Management, Finance) to embed appropriate tools, train users, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement.

Tool Landscape Research & Assessment

  • Continuously scan the market for AI, automation, property-tech, data analytics, energy management, and resident-engagement tools.
  • Conduct pilots or proofs-of-concept to evaluate suitability versus Kaizen AMS needs.

2. Recommendation & Strategy Alignment

  • Develop and present tool-selection proposals including cost-benefit analysis, ROI, integration feasibility, and strategic alignment with Kaizen AMS goals (resident experience, sustainability, operational efficiency).

3. Implementation & Onboarding

  • Lead end-to-end implementation of selected tools, including configuration, integration with legacy systems, data migration, and user training.
  • Manage change management and stakeholder readiness.

4. Operational & Resident-Service Optimization

  • Leverage AI, automation, and data tools to improve resident request resolution, maintenance tracking, energy monitoring, tenant onboarding/lease management, communications, and community management workflows.

5. Data & Reporting / Insights & Decision Support

  • Build dashboards and reporting frameworks across functions to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Produce periodic insights reports for leadership.

6. Continuous Improvement & Innovation

  • Review performance of deployed tools, gather stakeholder feedback, drive iterative improvements, and explore emerging technologies.

7. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Change Management

  • Collaborate with all business units to understand pain points, gather requirements, and ensure smooth adoption of tools.

Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree or relevant certifications (AI, data analytics, project management) preferred but not required.

Experience:

  • 3–5 years’ experience in AI tools, automation, analytics, or digital transformation projects.
  • Experience in property management, real estate, or community management industry preferred.
  • Proven track record of implementing AI/automation tools and demonstrating measurable operational improvements.
  • Experience with user adoption, training, and cross-departmental collaboration.
