As an AI Strategy Engineer, you will serve as a trusted advisor and AI subject matter expert, responsible for analyzing complex business challenges and developing innovative, AI-driven solutions that enhance efficiency, meet evolving customer needs, and drive sustainable growth through artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies.

Responsibilities:

  • AI Solution Development & Analysis - Analyze and develop comprehensive AI and machine learning-driven business solutions for medium to large-scale, complex organizational requirements
  • Translate intricate business requirements into tailored AI/ML solutions that align with strategic objectives
  • Apply AI/ML best practices, emerging algorithms, and cutting-edge technologies to optimize business processes and outcomes
  • Evaluate AI readiness, data maturity, and implementation feasibility across client organizations
  • Client Partnership & AI Advisory - Work directly with clients in a trusted advisor capacity to identify AI opportunities and gather requirements for intelligent automation solutions
  • Utilize deep AI/ML technical expertise, business acumen, and fluid communication skills to facilitate stakeholder alignment on AI initiatives
  • Design and implement AI best practice business changes that deliver measurable value and ROI
  • Guide clients through AI transformation journeys, from strategy to deployment
  • AI Thought Leadership & Innovation - Drive innovative AI practices into delivery methodologies and client engagements
  • Contribute to AI thought leadership initiatives to enhance organizational marketplace reputation in artificial intelligence
  • Bring emerging AI ideas to life by actively shaping both internal and client AI strategic direction
  • Serve as a go-to AI subject matter expert, sought out for specialized knowledge in machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and predictive analytics

You have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related technical field
  • 5 years of experience in AI/ML business analysis, technology consulting, or similar role with demonstrable AI project experience
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex, large-scale AI/ML implementations
  • Hands-on experience with AI/ML platforms, tools, and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Azure AI, AWS AI/ML services)
  • Strong understanding of data science methodologies, model development, and AI ethics
  • Experience with AI use cases across industries (predictive analytics, NLP, computer vision, recommendation systems, etc.)
  • Experience working in a client-facing, advisory capacity on AI initiatives

  • Preferred Qualifications Advanced degree in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or relevant professional
  • AI certifications
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with hands-on developing and deploying generative AI, large language models, and emerging AI technologies
  • Demonstrated thought leadership in AI through publications, speaking engagements, or industry recognition
  • Experience with AI governance, model monitoring, and responsible AI practices
  • Knowledge of AI regulatory landscape and compliance requirements

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
