Multiverse is the upskilling platform for AI and Tech adoption.

We have partnered with 1,500+ companies to deliver a new kind of learning that's transforming today’s workforce.

Our upskilling apprenticeships are designed for people of any age and career stage to build critical AI, data, and tech skills. Our learners have driven $2bn+ ROI for their employers, using the skills they’ve learned to improve productivity and measurable performance.

In June 2022, we announced a $220 million Series D funding round co-led by StepStone Group, Lightspeed Venture Partners and General Catalyst. With a post-money valuation of $1.7bn, the round makes us the UK’s first EdTech unicorn.

But we aren’t stopping there. With a strong operational footprint and 800+ employees, we have ambitious plans to continue scaling. We’re building a world where tech skills unlock people’s potential and output.

Join Multiverse and power our mission to equip the workforce to win in the AI era.

The Opportunity

Multiverse is shifting its service model from pure delivery to strategic enablement. We are looking for an AI Adoption Specialist to join our AI Adoption team—a lean, high-impact unit reporting into our VP of Product.

In this role, you’ll go beyond teaching AI skills; you’ll help external clients embed generative AI tools directly into their daily workflows. This isn’t about generic training. You will be assigned to specific clients (across multiple industries) conducting deep-dive interviews to understand their unique processes. Your goal is to turn skeptical users into power users and ‘AI Ambassadors’ who champion the tech within their organisations.

Why this role?

This is an evolution of our coaching model and a strategic move toward a new commercial product. You’ll be at the forefront of helping hundreds of users make the most of their AI stack, measuring your success through the tangible uptake of custom use cases and high customer satisfaction

Specific Responsibilities

  • Consultative Discovery & Workflow Mapping: Conduct 1:1 interviews with client teams to identify time-consuming tasks. You’ll translate these "pain points" into hyper-relevant AI use cases.

  • Create & Refine Technical Content: Act as a "prompter and editor" rather than a traditional writer. You'll use AI to build step-by-step tutorials, record video demos, and draft training materials that connect AI power to daily work.

  • Facilitate Coaching Sessions: Lead both individual and group sessions to help users apply generative AI. You’ll be the bridge between "the tool" and "the task."

  • Empower the “Ambassador Layer”: Support a client’s internal experts to build and share their own use cases, ensuring the AI adoption is sustainable and scalable.

  • Collaborate on Product Evolution: Work in an agile environment where user feedback directly informs our product-market fit.

About You

Technical & Data Proficiency

  • Generative AI Power-User: You have a broad understanding of LLMs (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) and are hands-on in building use cases. You are hyper-aware of hallucination risks and can teach users how to validate output effectively.

  • AI-Assisted Content Creation: You are a skilled editor who can use AI to generate high-quality prompts, technical tutorials, and documentation quickly.

  • Data-Informed Decision Making: 3+ years of professional experience using data to drive business decisions. You'll use this mindset to track client uptake and coaching impact.

Teaching & Coaching Capability

  • Dynamic Facilitation: You can command a virtual room, helping users overcome skepticism and build confidence in their own AI abilities.

  • Stakeholder Management: You are comfortable managing relationships with both the end-users and their managers, ensuring the AI strategy aligns with their team goals.

Business Acumen

  • Strategic Thinking: You understand that AI is only valuable if it solves a business problem. You can speak the language of a Revenue Leader as fluently as an HR Director.

  • Agile & Product-Minded: You thrive in "Beta" environments. You view friction as a puzzle to solve and are excited to help a new business unit find its footing.
