This is a unique opportunity to blend strategic procurement expertise with cutting‑edge AI and autonomous sourcing technologies—directly influencing how the organisation operates, evaluates suppliers, and drives value in the years ahead.

This role is not focused on running BAU sourcing events or operational procurement, but on setting up principles, governance, and roadmap that will guide sourcing decisions across the business.

We are looking for people who can work mid-shift (15:00 - 00:00).

This role is open exclusively to candidates residing in the Philippines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define the organisation’s holistic sourcing strategy, ensuring alignment with current needs and long‑term ambitions.

  • Recommend and evaluate AI‑enabled and autonomous sourcing solutions, identifying where these technologies can enhance efficiency, intelligence, and scalability.

  • Develop the sourcing and commercial framework, including requirement‑gathering methods, supplier evaluation models, and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) assessment.

  • Operate effectively within a contract‑based environment, delivering clearly defined outputs within structured timelines and milestones.

  • Consult with senior leaders to ensure sourcing decisions support business priorities and future‑proof the organisation’s procurement landscape.

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong experience developing sourcing or procurement strategies at an organisational level.

  • Knowledge of AI‑driven sourcing tools, autonomous sourcing platforms, or intelligent procurement technologies.

  • Excellent understanding of commercial frameworks, supplier evaluation, and TCO methodology.

  • Ability to work independently, manage stakeholders, and deliver against structured project deadlines.

  • Strategic thinker with a focus on innovation, simplification, and measurable impact.

  • 6+ years of strong experience in strategic sourcing, commercial strategy, and procurement transformation - mandatory

  • Fluent in English (verbal and written) - mandatory
