About the Role AI Solutions Lead — Marketing & Content This role will drive the strategy, development, and deployment of secure, in-house AI systems that support marketing, copywriting, and creative content production. The AI Solutions Lead will design and scale custom generative AI tools, integrate them into daily workflows, and ensure all solutions meet strict compliance and data governance standards — particularly for sensitive or adult digital content. Working closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams, this role translates business needs into reliable, privacy-first AI workflows that enhance speed, quality, and operational efficiency. What You’ll Be Doing

Lead the strategy and deployment of internal AI systems for marketing, copywriting, and creative content

Build and maintain in-house generative AI capabilities capable of handling sensitive or adult digital content

Architect, integrate, and scale custom AI tools while ensuring compliance and strong data governance

Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and engineering teams to develop AI-driven workflows tailored to business needs

Requirements

Experience with private AI deployment, fine-tuning language models, and enterprise AI platforms

Strong understanding of secure AI architectures and data privacy best practices

Proficiency in Python, API development, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG systems, or content generation pipelines

Nice to Have

Experience with privacy-preserving AI tools or data governance frameworks

Exposure to enterprise AI governance tooling
