TLDR

Design and develop AI agents, workflows, and automation tools that revolutionize marketing operations and improve efficiency across a global team.

Responsibilities:

You will act as a builder of AI-powered marketing solutions, and your capstone will reflect a body of work that involves collaboration with marketing, sales and product teams to identify high-impact opportunities, and then design, build and deploy AI-powered tools for marketing use cases. Your responsibilities include:

Developing an understanding of select marketing processes and workflows to design and develop AI agents and automation

Orchestrating multi-step, multi-agent systems to automate complex processes

Experimenting with LLMs, APIs, and agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain or similar)

Developing reusable workflows and automation playbooks

Rapidly prototyping and iterating on AI solutions

Documenting workflows, tools, and best practices for broader team adoption

Measuring and improving the effectiveness of AI-driven solutions

Example Projects You Might Work On:

A Marketing Co-Pilot Agent that helps teams generate and refine campaigns

An AI Content Studio for drafting and optimizing multi-channel content

A Campaign Automation Engine that orchestrates execution workflows

A Competitive Intelligence Bot that tracks and summarizes market activity

Automating Field Event workflows and event execution

An SEO/AEO Optimization Agent that improves search and answer engine visibility

Nice to Haves:

Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
Strong programming skills (Python preferred)
Familiarity with APIs and working with data
Interest in AI/ML, automation, or intelligent systems
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn quickly
Experience with LLMs or AI frameworks preferred (e.g., LangChain, OpenAI APIs)
Experience building projects preferred (GitHub, hackathons, coursework)
Interest in marketing, business, or go-to-market functions

Requirements:

Must be actively enrolled in a college degree program

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
