AI Solutions Engineer

We are seeking an AI Solutions Engineer to design and implement AI-powered solutions and intelligent workflows that solve complex client challenges. In this role, you will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of AI-driven systems - from interpreting ambiguous requirements to deploying production-ready solutions. You will leverage our proprietary AI platform, Wippy, as a core component of your toolkit to accelerate delivery. We value engineers who prioritize functional execution and rapid iteration over prolonged theoretical planning.

What You Will Do

• Architect AI Systems: Design and build end-to-end AI agents and workflows tailored to specific client needs.
• Solution Implementation: Utilize the Wippy platform and modern LLM frameworks to implement and scale AI-driven automation.
• Backend Integration: Develop and maintain the backend logic, APIs, and data flows required to support AI architectures.
• Rapid Prototyping: Transition from concept to a functional prototype within hours to validate technical approaches and logic.
• Requirement Translation: Interpret ambiguous client needs and translate them into reliable, working AI-powered solutions.
• End-to-End Ownership: Take full accountability for tasks from the initial ideation phase through to deployment and client-side integration.

Required Skills & Expertise

• AI Orchestration: Hands-on experience building AI agents and LLM-based workflows in production environments.
• Backend Engineering: Strong command of backend engineering, including asynchronous processing, integrations, and data flow design.
• Prototyping Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to rapidly build and test solutions under tight deadlines.
• Modern Tooling: Practical experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude, or GitHub Copilot).
• Infrastructure: Ability to work with cloud environments and manage the deployment of solutions independently.
• Language: Professional English proficiency (B2+ or C1 level).
• Experience Level: Senior-level expertise is preferred.
