Kaizen AMS is seeking a technically proficient AI Solutions Delivery Specialist to architect, implement, and optimize AI-driven workflows and automation across property management operations. This role bridges AI/automation technology and business operations, ensuring seamless system integration, data-driven decision-making, and measurable operational impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• AI & Automation Architecture: Map business processes and design scalable AI/automation workflows for resident services, maintenance, energy management, and community operations.

• System Integration: Implement AI solutions integrated with property management platforms, CRM (Freshworks/Freddy AI Copilot), analytics dashboards, and cloud systems via APIs and middleware.
• Operational Optimization: Automate workflows to reduce manual effort, improve SLA compliance, increase resident satisfaction, and enhance energy efficiency.
• Data & Insights: Develop dashboards, KPI frameworks, and monitoring tools for actionable, data-driven insights.
• Innovation & Research: Evaluate emerging AI/PropTech tools and pilot innovative solutions.
• Stakeholder Enablement: Lead cross-functional adoption, training, and change management initiatives.

Requirements

• 3–5 years in AI solution delivery, workflow automation, or digital transformation.

• Hands-on experience with AI/ML platforms, workflow automation, APIs, BI dashboards, and system integration.
• Strong understanding of property management or real estate operations preferred.
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field; certifications in AI, automation, or project management a plus.
