AI Solutions Architect (Remote - US)

This role is ideal for an innovative AI professional who enjoys bridging the gap between business needs and technical execution. The successful candidate will design and implement intelligent automation and conversational AI solutions, leveraging no-code/low-code platforms to create scalable, real-world applications. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize AI performance, integrate systems, and enhance customer experiences. This position offers opportunities to lead discovery sessions, guide clients on AI best practices, and develop solutions that transform complex workflows into smart, intuitive systems.

Accountabilities

• Lead technical discovery and design sessions with clients to gather requirements and identify automation opportunities.
• Translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications for development teams.
• Design, architect, and implement AI solutions using platforms such as Cresta and Kore.ai.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems, including CRMs, contact centers, knowledge bases, and APIs.
• Provide technical leadership throughout the solution lifecycle, from scoping to deployment and ongoing optimization.
• Collaborate with internal teams (AI engineers, analysts, project managers) to ensure solution quality, scalability, and performance.
• Advise clients on platform capabilities, best practices, and continuous optimization strategies.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience building and deploying AI solutions on Cresta and/or Kore.ai platforms.
• Strong understanding of system integrations using APIs, webhooks, and enterprise system connections.
• Excellent client-facing and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Experience working in cross-functional environments, managing multiple priorities effectively.
• Kore.ai and/or Cresta certifications are a plus.
• Experience in sales, pre-sales, or demo configuration is beneficial but not required.
• Strong communication skills, technical acumen, and a proactive approach to complex workflows.
