The Opportunity
The Wpromote AI Rotation Program is a year-long immersive experience designed to launch the next generation of AI Marketing experts. This is not just a shadowing role; you will be driving real innovation. During your first year, you will sit within our AI team, gaining hands-on experience with cutting-edge artificial intelligence applications in marketing. After 12 months, you’ll transition into a specialized department (e.g., Paid Media, Earned & Owned Media, Client Services, Data Strategy & Analytics) based on your interests, skills, and business needs—where you’ll help our teams and our clients unlock smarter, faster, and more impactful marketing.

The anticipated annual salary for this role will range from $26.44 - $28.85/hr, based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, years and depth of experience, education and certifications, competitive benchmarks, scope of responsibility, market dynamics, geographic location, and the respective state’s salary threshold for exempt employees. Overtime may occasionally be available and must be approved in advance by your supervisor. Hourly employees should expect a typical 40-hour workweek, with only limited overtime permitted as needed. At Wpromote, pay ranges are subject to change and are based on specific market medians for similar jobs according to third-party salary benchmark surveys. Individual pay within that range can vary due to skills, experience, and available budget. The total compensation package for this role will include benefits (listed above).
*This position may be performed remotely in most states within the US, with some exclusions
**While this role offers the flexibility to work remotely, we have office hubs in Los Angeles, Chicago, and New York, where you can join in on learning and development opportunities, fun events, take advantage of a space to work, and collaborate in person!

Program Structure
The program is structured in strategic phases to ensure you build a strong foundation before driving impact.
Months 1–3: AI Training & Enablement
Learn: Build a deep understanding of Wpromote’s Hybrid Intelligence approach, AI ethics, data privacy, and advanced prompt engineering
Train: Become proficient in agency AI frameworks (efficiency, insight, automation) and tools such as Polaris, ChatGPT, and Gemini
Build: Contribute to internal projects that streamline workflows and enhance client deliverables
Months 4–12: Departmental Rotations
Rotate quarterly through key departments, including Paid Media, Earned & Owned Media, Client Services, and Data Strategy & Analytics
Partner with department leaders to pilot AI-powered strategies, uncover data-driven insights, and develop scalable, cost-saving automation solutions
After 12 Months: Permanent Placement
Based on your interests, demonstrated skills, and business needs, transition into a specialized department where you’ll apply AI expertise to drive innovation and measurable impact
If there is not an immediate match, you’ll remain on the AI team, continuing to support agency-wide initiatives and specialized projects across departments
You Will Be
Deep-diving into cutting-edge AI technologies to drive innovative solutions for our teams and clients.
Learning ROI and business impact prioritization and roadmapping aligned with product management skill sets.
Partnering with product managers, media strategists, analysts, and client leads to apply AI to client deliverables.
Collaborating with Paid Media, Earned & Owned Media, Client Services, and Data Strategy & Analytics leadership to identify high-impact use cases for replacing manual workflows with AI, delivering time savings at scale and developing role-specific AI training content to drive mass adoption.
Supporting teams in using AI to enhance reporting, insights, and communication.
Translating complex AI concepts into clear, client-friendly recommendations.
Helping champion agency-wide AI adoption through training and enablement.
You Must Have
Bachelor’s degree, relevant internship experience, or equivalent practical experience in Marketing, Business, Communications, Data Science, or a related field.
Demonstrated passion for the intersection of marketing and AI.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Eager to “learn by doing” in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving space.
Familiarity with prompt engineering, marketing automation tools, LLMs (such as ChatGPT and Gemini), and the Google Suite.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
