AI/Prompt Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled AI/Prompt Engineer to design, optimize, and refine prompts that drive advanced AI models. This role bridges the gap between human creativity and machine intelligence, ensuring that AI systems deliver accurate, context-aware, and business-ready outputs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize prompts for large language models (LLMs) to achieve desired outcomes.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, design) to integrate AI solutions into workflows.

• Conduct experiments to evaluate prompt effectiveness, accuracy, and efficiency.

• Document best practices for prompt engineering and share knowledge across teams.

• Stay updated on advancements in AI, NLP, and generative technologies.

• Troubleshoot and refine AI outputs to improve reliability and reduce bias.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong background in NLP, machine learning, or computational linguistics.

• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face).

• Experience with LLMs such as GPT, Claude, or similar generative AI models.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to test, measure, and iterate quickly.

• Excellent communication skills to translate business needs into effective AI prompts.

• Creative problem-solving and adaptability in fast-evolving AI environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in applied AI for industries such as healthcare, finance, or customer service.

• Knowledge of ethical AI practices and bias mitigation strategies.

• Background in linguistics, psychology, or human-computer interaction.
