ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

We are currently seeking Consultants / Senior Consultants to support and drive the growth of our Data practice. This is an exciting opportunity to be a leader, in a growing team of data practitioners, where you will be initiating and implementing cutting-edge data & analytics programmes for top-tier Financial Services clients.

This project is with a leading Corporate & Investment Bank as an PMO Associate/Analyst for AI transformation. You will support project and delivery teams in ensuring the smooth execution of daily project operations

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Support governance and PMO processes, including meeting coordination, action tracking, RAID management, and programme reporting.
Assist with planning and delivery activities such as roadmap updates, milestone tracking, dependency management, and change control.
Maintain accurate project documentation, templates, and SharePoint/Confluence repositories.
Help the Product Owner refine requirements, manage the feature backlog, and gather user feedback for the LLM productivity tool.
Prepare clear dashboards, KPIs, and status reports using Excel/Power BI to support decision‑making.
Support model safety, data privacy checks, and Responsible AI processes during releases.
Keep PMO and product trackers updated, ensuring data accuracy and audit readiness.

SKILLS & EXPERTISE

At least 3 years' experience across financial services and/or consulting
Experience in PMO, project coordination, or programme support within tech or transformation programmes.
Some product analysis experience — requirements gathering, backlog support, and user feedback handling.
Basic understanding of Generative AI/LLMs and model safety concepts.
Strong stakeholder communication and ability to work across technical and non‑technical teams.
Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Excel (advanced), and Power BI.
Detail‑oriented, organised, and able to work independently in a fast‑moving environment.
Comfortable working in Agile or hybrid delivery models.
