Sei is hiring an AI Product Manager to lead AI-driven product development and work closely with customers to translate requirements into prompts and evals.

Sei is an AI Agents platform for regulated financial institutions. We help banks and fintechs automate customer support and quality checks. Backed by Y Combinator, Tribe Capital, PayPal, and more, our team brings experience from PayPal, TransferWise, and Amazon.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product experience in financial services

• Hands-on experience using AI models like OpenAI, Anthropic

• Strong understanding of prompts and evals

• Ability to translate customer needs into technical requirements

• Strong communication skills and customer-first mindset

• Interest in financial services domains like mortgage, insurance, disclosures

• Prior experience in fast-paced or early-stage environments preferred

Responsibilities

• Work with engineers to understand capabilities and constraints

• Join customer calls and capture key product insights

• Translate customer needs into detailed prompts and evals

• Conduct product and competitor research

• Manage customer communication and follow-ups

• Own documentation and clarity in feature requirements

• Drive collaboration across tech and customer teams

Job Details
Location: Gurgaon, India (WFO - 4 days /WFH -1 day)

Compensation: Includes early-stage equity. Flexible cash-equity split based on candidate preference.

• Tech Interview 1 (with CTO Ram – 45 mins, questions shared beforehand)
