AI Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced and visionary AI Product Manager to join our team. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for leading product management for AI-related offerings, with a focus on building products from the ground up, driving adoption, prioritizing use cases, and ensuring the development of the most valuable features. The position requires the ability to manage stakeholders, communicate effectively in both business and technical terms, and clearly articulate product requirements for engineering teams. The ideal candidate should have a background in product management, particularly with data-driven and AI-centric products, and be able to understand product-market fit, emerging AI trends, and the value of data-driven applications.

• Develop and execute comprehensive AI product strategy and roadmap aligned with organizational goals and market opportunities
• Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, design, data science, and marketing to deliver innovative AI solutions
• Conduct market analysis, competitive intelligence, and customer research to inform product decisions and identify growth opportunities
• Define product requirements, success metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product performance and business impact
• Manage product lifecycle from conception through launch, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards
• Analyze data and user behavior to optimize product features, user experience, and business outcomes
• Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to secure buy-in, manage expectations, and communicate product vision and progress
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and trends to maintain competitive advantage and drive innovation
• Oversee product budget, resource allocation, and financial performance to ensure profitability and ROI
• Build and mentor high-performing product teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement

• Proven experience leading AI-driven and data-centric product initiatives, including building products from the ground up and scaling adoption

• Strong understanding of product-market fit, use case prioritization, and delivering high-value features

• Deep knowledge of emerging AI trends, machine learning applications, and data-driven product strategy

• Ability to translate business needs into clear product requirements and partner effectively with engineering teams

• Experience managing and influencing cross-functional stakeholders, including executive leadership

• Strong consultative skills with the ability to uncover user pain points and drive product adoption

• High emotional intelligence and executive presence

• Ability to communicate complex AI concepts clearly in both business and technical terms

• Experience in consulting and/or product-based organizations with direct stakeholder and end-user engagement

• Demonstrated leadership operating at the Director to VP level (Associate Director considered for exceptional candidates)
