AI Product Manager 高级AI产品经理

1. Understand cloud platforms or industry-related platform-based products
2. Be familiar with the product development lifecycle, and coordinate/drive the R&D team to complete product development on schedule and ensure high-quality launch
3. Participate in end-to-end product management, including planning and design, product prototyping, and PRD documentation
4. Conduct product launch testing, product presentations, user training, and other related execution tasks
5. Analyze operational data and continuously optimize and enhance the product to improve user experience and retention
6. Communicate with channel/sales/marketing teams and partner clients to understand product needs across different business functions

岗位职责
1.了解云平台或者同行业的平台化产品
2.熟悉产品的开发流程，并协调/推动研发团队按时完成产品开发、高质量上线
3.参与全过程管理，负责策划、设计，负责面向开发产品原型和PRD撰写；
4.进行产品上线测试、推介演讲、使用培训等相关执行工作；
5.分析运营数据，并能持续改进、完善产品以提高产品的用户体验和用户留存。
7.与渠道/销售/市场部门以及合作客户的业务沟通，理解各业务环节的产品需求；

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with 3+ years of experience in cloud product design, and proficiency in at least one product design tool

2. Familiar with PaaS and SaaS product architectures

3. Highly self-motivated, able to take initiative and drive work proactively

4. Strong holistic and detailed thinking, meticulous, with excellent logical reasoning skills

5. Strong team collaboration mindset and outstanding communication skills

1. 本科及以上学历，3年以上云产品相关设计经验，至少精通一样产品工具； 

2. 熟悉PaaS、SaaS产品架构；

3. 主观能动性强，能自发驱动，积极主动推进工作；

4. 有全局思维，思维细腻，做事认真，逻辑思维能力强；

5. 有良好的团队协作意识，具备优秀的沟通能力；
