AI Product Enablement Specialist

AI overview

This role uniquely combines AI implementation with product management, enabling teams to automate workflows and focus on strategic thinking and customer engagement.

The Role

We're looking for a AI Product Enablement Specialist to help our product team leverage AI tools, specifically Claude, Claude Cowork, Claude Code, and custom skill creation, to work smarter and faster. You'll work closely with our AI team to reduce manual work, automate documentation, streamline content generation, and improve how we prepare for customer meetings.

Every hour our product team spends on manual documentation, content generation, or meeting prep is an hour not spent on strategic thinking, customer discovery, or building great products. By implementing smart AI workflows and custom skills, you'll directly impact our team's ability to focus on high-value work. You'll also be building expertise in one of the most in-demand skill sets of the next decade.

This is a unique opportunity to be at the intersection of AI and product management, eventually helping the entire product team adopt cutting-edge AI workflows while building your expertise in prompt engineering, automation, and AI implementation.
