AI Process Architect & Builder

To drive this growth, we’re looking for an exceptionally talented and motivated AI Process Architect & Builder; A key role working directly with our two founders and CEO/CTO on building the platform of the future.

Your role
As our AI Process Architect & Builder, you’ll be one of the key drivers of HelloPrint’s next-level AI-native 2.0 strategy. You’ll work directly with Hans and Michael, our two co-founders, on rapid growth of the company. 

Your mission:

• Identify and redesign critical growth processes with an AI-first, agentic approach

• Help design the technical and organizational foundation for scalable Agentic-based automation

• Build and validate agentic workflows that transform HelloPrint from efficiency-focused AI to true growth-machine AI
  

What You’ll Do

• Map and prioritize HelloPrint’s most essential growth processes (e.g. pricing, supply chain, content, customer journey, marketing automation etc)

• Prototype and validate agentic workflows that replace or augment human steps

• Collaborate with Engineering and Data teams to design scalable architecture for these workflows

• Build and test hands-on proofs-of-concept

• Make the business case – convince stakeholders with data and ROI models

• Create AI-native playbooks so we can scale the approach across teams
