AI Practice Lead

We are currently looking for an AI Lead to work closely with our Delivery team. We are looking for someone who will shape our offering of custom machine-learning projects as well as solutions that use external services like OpenAI.

Let us guide you through your future work. You will work in two areas:

• Drive organization’s strategy related to AI solutions for our clients.
• Ensure technology standards and common practices are maintained across the AI/ML projects and are aligned with the company’s direction to provide high quality of our AI offering.
• Work closely with the Presales and Business Development teams to increase the impact of AI-related services for Netguru
• Partner with the RnD team to ensure that we get the most out of the current and future possibilities of AI.

• Build and execute your AI practice's strategy based on market trends and innovations.
• Build a community around AI services in Netguru among developers,
• Plan and design development budget, career and certification paths together with the team's People Leader.

Requirements

You’re a perfect fit if you have:

• Hands-on experience in AI/ML and Software Development, building and/or overseeing scalable products:
  • Understanding of PyTorch, Tensofflow etc. and they pros/cons;
  • Understanding when Third-party AI services are a better fit than custom machine learning projects.
• Understanding business needs in the area of mission and vision related to the company's AI strategy.
• Understanding of how AI solutions might enable enterprise growth and scalability.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve ambitious goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
• Experience in building and executing a team development strategy.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English (C1).
• Strong critical thinking ability – you don’t accept the status-quo and assertively strive to implement new solutions.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Optimism, strong communication and leadership skills, and a can-do attitude.

And it’s even better if you have:

• Prior experience working in the digital services segment.
• Experience in managing multiple AI projects for external clients.
