Responsibilities will include:
Design, build, and maintain core AI infrastructure (model hosting, orchestration, data pipelines, evaluation frameworks) to support both internal tools and customer-facing products.
Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Ops, Commercial) to identify AI opportunities, translate requirements, and deliver scalable solutions.
Develop and enforce best-practice standards for model deployment, monitoring, observability, performance, security, and reliability across the AI ecosystem.
Support on integration of AI capabilities into existing systems and workflows, ensuring seamless adoption and measurable business impact.
Manage data readiness and governance by working with data teams to ensure high-quality training data, feature availability, and compliance with privacy and regulatory requirements.
Evaluate emerging AI technologies and vendors, make build-vs-buy recommendations, and drive experimentation to keep the company at the forefront of AI capability.
Create reusable tools, components, and platforms that democratize access to AI across the organization and reduce friction for product and engineering teams.
Establish feedback loops and performance KPIs to measure model quality, operational efficiency, and impact, iterating rapidly based on real-world usage.
