The Role

Are you an AI visionary who believes the traditional "departmental" model is ripe for disruption? We are looking for an AI Operations Expert to join our team and fundamentally redefine how we work.

We don't just want someone who uses ChatGPT; we need a master architect who can leverage a diverse stack of AI tools to independently manage and scale our core business functions from Legal and HR to Accounting and Research.

We are looking for a highly organised Junior Associate with a background in Legal, Accounting, or Business Administration who is also highly skilled in using AI tools to help streamline and manage company operations and who is passionate about AI tools and modern digital workflows.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about technology, automation, and building efficient systems using modern AI tools across legal, finance, HR, and operational functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Use AI tools to assist with legal research, contract drafting, and compliance tasks
• Support accounting and financial documentation, reporting, and data organisation
• Assist with HR documentation, hiring processes, and internal policies
• Conduct business, legal, and market research
• Help implement AI systems and workflow automation across the company
• Organise company documents, filings, and operational processes
• Assist leadership with strategic projects and operational execution

Requirements

Strong expertise in AI tools and automation platforms

Familiar with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI, Perplexity, Zapier, Airtable, etc.
Background in Law, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business or irrelevant
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Demonstrated experience using multiple AI tools across business functions
Ability to independently research, test and implement new AI technologies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience applying AI in operational workflows such as legal, HR, finance, research or administration
Highly organised and able to work independently
