What You’ll Do
Fine-tune AI models
Fine-tune and maintain models (LLM, VLM, forecasting)
Monitor models performance
Work with and guide internal teams on building custom datasets
Build new AI-based features
Build new AI-based features related to Finance
Research & Development
Rapidly build and test AI-driven concepts — moving from proof of concept → MVP → production.
Evaluate existing solutions (both internal & external) and conduct experiments on potential improvements
What We’re Looking For
Technical Skills
Strong full stack software engineering background: Python, JavaScript/TypeScript
Experience in parameter efficient fine-tuning (e.g. LoRA adapters)
Knowledge and familiarity with the tools in AI ecosystem (ML frameworks, HuggingFace, MLOps, Guardrails, AI Agents)
Understanding the theory behind neural networks and Transformer architecture
Experience
2–5 years in AI/ML space, at least 2 years with processing financial documents
Track record of going from idea → prototype → production in fast-paced environments
Traits
Ability to take ownership, but also cooperate in small teams
Ambition to reach new levels of quality
