Collaborate in a dynamic team to research, prototype, and integrate AI/ML features for healthcare solutions while significantly impacting product innovation.
- Collaborate with the team to research, prototype, and integrate AI/ML features into products.
- Study and enhance existing data science prototypes.
- Design, develop, and evaluate machine learning models and systems.
- Implement and fine-tune ML algorithms through statistical analysis and testing.
- Train, retrain, and optimize ML models for improved performance.
- Extend or customize existing ML libraries when necessary.
- Conduct market research on U.S. healthcare software trends (e.g., telehealth, remote care, health chatbots).
- Collaborate with the solution team and product managers on marketing strategies for healthcare-related products.
- Follow development guidelines to deliver clean, efficient, and testable code.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.
General Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a related IT field with a career interest in AI/ML.
- Available at least 4 days/week for 3–6 months (potential for full-time conversion).
- Upper-intermediate English proficiency.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive with strong problem-solving and time management skills.
- Team-oriented and eager to learn emerging technologies.
Technical Requirements:
- Solid understanding of machine learning concepts, algorithms, and statistical models.
- Proficient in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Experience in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI is a plus.
- Knowledge of Deep Learning, NLP, or Computer Vision is an advantage.
