We are looking for an AI-First Marketing Coordinator to own the planning and execution of our marketing engine. The goal for this role is volume without sacrificing quality. We are moving away from traditional manual content production; you will be responsible for building AI-augmented workflows that allow us to move from strategy to market-ready assets at high velocity. You will collaborate closely with leadership to shape goals, then take the lead on bringing that strategy to life across content, campaigns, and lead generation.
AI-First Execution: Own the end-to-end execution of marketing initiatives, using LLMs and automation tools to handle the heavy lifting of drafting, versioning, and formatting content.
Marketing Planning: Work closely with leadership to shape marketing goals and design lead generation campaigns that leverage AI-driven insights.
Content Orchestration: Write and manage high-quality content across social media, newsletters (Substack), blogs, and white papers. You will use AI to scale production while ensuring human-level technical accuracy.
Storytelling & Case Studies: Partner with engineering and product teams to synthesize raw technical wins into compelling client stories and case studies.
Performance & Iteration: Test new engagement channels and creative campaign ideas, using AI to quickly analyze performance and pivot tactics.
Experience: 2+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on content strategy and campaign execution.
AI Specialization: 1+ year of experience building workflows with AI. You must be able to demonstrate how you use AI tools (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, Perplexity, or automation agents) to research, draft, and distribute content.
Technical Judgment: Strong writing and editing skills. You must be able to identify "AI-isms" and ensure all output sounds like a human authority, not a generic bot.
Proactive Ownership: You are hands-on and productive—known as someone who "finds a way" and doesn't wait for a manual for every task.
Evidence of Work: We need to see specific examples of AI-augmented marketing work or a breakdown of a workflow you’ve built to solve a marketing problem.
Familiarity with HubSpot or other marketing automation tools.
Experience in a consulting or agency environment.
A portfolio that shows how you’ve used AI to enhance the quality or reach of a campaign.
Ownership: You’ll work closely with company leadership and have real ownership over your ideas.
Velocity: You’ll see your work come to life quickly—in market, with clients, and across our digital channels.
Experimentation: You’ll be part of a team that embraces experimentation and asks, “What AI tools do you need to get this started?”
