In May 2025, Gogolook officially submitted an application to the Taiwan Stock Exchange for reclassification to the General Board, positioning it to become the first new economy software company to make this transition. 盤點流程：與團隊一起整理現行流程的實際操作方式，釐清每個流程節點的輸入、輸出與使用工具。

拆解與調整流程：分析並標示可簡化、可自動化，或可導入 AI 工具協助的流程環節。

實作自動化與 AI 解法：針對實際流程節點，建立自動化流程，包含既有自動化工具的設定，以及 AI 服務 API 的串接與應用。

執行與優化：實際運行已建立的流程，依使用回饋與情境進行調整，確保流程穩定、可維護。

整理與分享：將流程設計、資料結構與實作方式整理成文件，供團隊理解、討論，並評估是否可延伸應用至其他流程。

Minimum Qualifications

對自動化工具與 AI 應用有基本了解，並願意實際動手導入流程中 （如 Make, Zapier, n8n 等自動化工具，或 ChatGPT, Gemini 等 LLM API 的應用）。

具備好奇心與自我驅動能力，喜歡拆解問題、理解流程，並尊重在權衡後所做出的決策。

具備良好的自我管理能力，能在明確目標下安排時間與進度，完成交付任務。

對資料結構與流程有基本概念，曾參與資料流程或專案（從問題探索、需求定義到執行與優化）。

能將流程與資料結構整理成清楚的文件，讓他人可理解、查閱與延續討論。

可閱讀基本英文技術文件。

採實體與遠端混合的工作模式，按照實際需求安排。

每週可配合至少 24 小時，並可投入 6 個月以上的期間。

Preferred Qualifications

曾參與產品、專案或跨部門流程協作，並具備流程優化或效率提升實際經驗。

有自動化、流程設計或 AI 工具導入的實作案例（不限定技術深度）。

接觸過軟體產品、數位服務或內容平台相關工作。
