We're hiring an AI Integration Specialist to build, run, and improve AI and automation solutions across Capital.com's internal operations. This is a hands-on delivery role. You'll spend most of your time doing: configuring tools, building workflows, testing automations, supporting rollouts, and tracking whether things actually work. Strategy and documentation matter, but execution comes first.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain AI-powered automation workflows end-to-end — from initial configuration and testing through to deployment and post-launch monitoring.
Audit existing tools and processes in assigned business areas, identify where automation can save real time, and then build the solution — not just recommend it.
Own a live backlog of automation tasks: triage incoming requests, set clear KPIs for each, and move work through to completion.
Run 2–4 concurrent automation initiatives at varying stages — PoC, testing, rollout, or post-launch tuning — keeping each one progressing without dropping threads.
Handle day-to-day configuration and troubleshooting of AI tools already in use, including prompt updates, integration fixes, workflow adjustments, and user issue resolution.
Coordinate UAT (user acceptance testing) with business stakeholders: prepare test cases, run sessions, collect feedback, fix issues, and confirm the solution meets requirements before sign-off.
Apply AI governance standards in practice — data handling, access controls, logging — as part of every build, not as a separate workstream.
Support vendor onboarding by setting up trial environments, running technical tests, and documenting findings with a clear pass/fail recommendation.
Write practical documentation: user guides, runbooks, setup instructions, and post-launch reports. Audience-appropriate, not exhaustive.
Flag blockers early and keep stakeholders updated without being asked.
Requirements:
3+ years of hands-on experience building or maintaining automation and technology solutions that delivered measurable results.
Direct experience with workflow automation tools, iPaaS platforms, APIs, or similar — not just awareness of them.
Able to write and debug prompts, configure integrations, and work in tools like n8n, Make or equivalent tools without needing a developer for every step.
Solid understanding of AI and LLM concepts, including where they fail and how to design around their limits.
Strong written communication in English: able to write a clear user guide, a bug report, and a stakeholder update without them needing a follow-up.
Comfortable working across Jira and Confluence.
Analytical enough to define a baseline, track a metric, and tell whether something improved.
Nice to have:
Background in fintech, payments, or another regulated industry.
Experience applying RAG, automated classification, or AI copilots in real production environments.
Familiarity with vendor risk and privacy reviews, including DPAs and SLAs.
A habit of testing new AI tools yourself before recommending them to others.
