As an AI Influencer Growth Manager, you'll take full ownership of established AI character brands—driving their growth, refining their identity, and scaling their revenue across social platforms.

What You'll Do

Own and evolve AI influencer brand identities—voice, aesthetic, positioning, and the lore that makes audiences connect
Create high-quality content using advanced AI tools (Nano Banana Pro, Seedream, Kling) with an obsessive eye for detail
Craft hooks that stop the scroll in under one second—and content that keeps people watching
Manage and scale Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter/X accounts with data-driven growth strategies
A/B test content formats to optimize for watch time, engagement, and conversions
Drive traffic from social platforms to revenue channels—and hit your numbers
Lead virtual assistants with clear SOPs and quality standards
Build and maintain content calendars in Notion—100% posting compliance, always on brand
Stay ahead of trends, algorithm changes, and cultural moments before they peak

Requirements:

Experience in the creator economy and/or influencer marketing
Proven experience growing social media accounts
Short-form video editing skills—you can create Reels and TikToks that perform
Strong visual judgment and ability to maintain brand consistency across content
Experience with AI content tools (or strong enthusiasm to master them quickly)
Analytical mindset—you track metrics, spot patterns, and make data-driven decisions
Deep understanding of internet culture, trends, and what makes content shareable
Obsessed with hooks, retention, and optimizing every second of content
Highly organized—can manage multiple brands, pipelines, and team members
Self-directed—you deliver results without constant oversight

Compensation
Base salary + performance-based bonus. Your pay reflects your actual value. Bring receipts (your portfolio), and we'll pay accordingly.

Team & Structure

You'll join a focused team of Brand Managers, each owning their own portfolio of AI influencers. You'll have VA support for operations, but creative direction and strategy are yours. This is a hands-on role from day one. You'll be in the content, in the metrics, in the growth—driving results directly.
