About the Role

We’re not hiring someone to just execute tasks.

We’re looking for a Founding-level AI Full-Stack Engineer who can think like a co-founder — define the product, architect solutions, build fast, and ship impactful features from day one.

You’ll work directly with the founder to shape an AI-native product from the ground up, blending strong full-stack engineering with deep AI integration.

What You’ll Do

• Own core web and app features end-to-end — from ideation to deployment and rapid iteration.

• Design and build scalable full-stack architecture, including APIs, databases, and modern frontend systems.

• Integrate advanced AI capabilities such as LLMs, RAG, AI agents, and intelligent workflows.

• Leverage AI tools aggressively to supercharge your own development speed and quality.

• Think from the user’s perspective, prioritize ruthlessly, and help evolve the product vision.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Strong full-stack engineering skills with the ability to independently own features from start to finish.

• Proficiency in React / Next.js (or equivalent modern frontend frameworks).

• Solid experience with at least one backend stack: Python, Node.js, or Go.

• Real hands-on experience building AI-powered products — not just calling OpenAI APIs.

• Excellent product sense and the ability to balance technical excellence with user impact.

• A builder mindset who thrives in ambiguity and moves quickly.

Nice to Have

• 0→1 startup experience or history of shipping independent products.

• Background with consumer or subscription-based applications.

• A strong public GitHub portfolio showcasing meaningful projects.

• Fluent English for smooth collaboration.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $100,000 – $140,000 USD (depending on experience and location)

• Equity: Significant equity for founding team members

• Flexible remote or hybrid options (Hangzhou, Silicon Valley, or fully remote)
