AI First - Senior Full Stack Engineer

Tomorrow.io’s Saas department is focused on building software and products at scale, from infrastructure that handles massive amounts of data to outstanding customer centric user experiences in B2B, B2C and B2D products that change billions of lives worldwide.

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Fullstack Engineer who is passionate about AI-powered applications, scalable architectures, and cutting-edge frontend technologies. What You’ll Do:

• Lead the frontend architecture for our AI-powered SaaS platform, designing and optimizing intelligent, high-performance applications.
• Collaborate closely with our AI & Data Science teams to build interfaces that seamlessly integrate with AI-driven insights and recommendations.
• Design and implement microfrontend architectures to enable modular, scalable development.
• Develop complex UI components and interactive visualizations, including WebGL-based maps and data-rich dashboards.
• Optimize frontend performance for real-time data processing, ensuring seamless user experiences.
• Manage build processes and webpack configurations for scalability and performance.
• Take ownership of frontend engineering decisions, driving innovation and best practices.
• Work closely with backend teams to ensure smooth integration with our AI models and microservices infrastructure.

What You Bring:

Frontend Expertise & AI-Driven Development:

• 4+ years of experience in frontend development with expertise in React, including hooks, state management, and component architecture.
• Passion for building AI-enhanced user interfaces that provide actionable insights and adapt dynamically.
• Strong experience with performance optimization (load times, rendering, caching strategies).
• Hands-on experience with Webpack and modern build tools for optimized asset delivery.
• Experience with WebGL, D3.js, or other advanced browser-based visualization tools is a plus.
• Proven ability to architect and implement microfrontend solutions for scalability.
  
  

Backend Collaboration & Fullstack Thinking:

• 2+ years of experience working with backend technologies, especially Node.js and microservices architectures.
• Understanding of cloud-based data pipelines and AI model integrations is a plus.
• Familiarity with databases such as MongoDB or PostgreSQL is a plus, though not the primary focus of the role.
• Engineering Excellence & Ownership:
• Strong software design skills, with an emphasis on clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
