This unique position blends digital production expertise with strategic marketing management for the AI era.
This is a hybrid position that combines Digital Producer and Marketing Manager into one strategic and highly execution focused role. You will elevate our brand by producing high-quality digital content while developing and executing impactful marketing strategies. Your work will directly influence brand awareness and customer engagement, leveraging AI to maximize efficiency and creativity.
You will shape product storytelling, customer stories, and thought leadership in close partnership with founders, Product, Revenue and Marketing. You do not own a revenue number, but you operate with strong commercial awareness and ensure messaging reflects real buyer needs and platform reality.
This is an individual contributor role reporting directly to the CEO, with dotted lines to VP Regional Revenue Leaders, VP Product, and Head of Marketing.

Develop and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns using data insights
Analyze audience data to refine content strategies leveraging generative AI tools
Create visually appealing assets using AI and design tools while ensuring brand consistency
Optimize social media presence and schedule posts to boost interaction
Write and distribute engaging email marketing campaigns that convert leads
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals
Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics to inform future initiatives
Utilize AI tools like ChatGPT to brainstorm and enhance content ideas,
Tools like Replit, v0, Figma Make and Claude Code to build and maintain websites, landing pages and email campaigns
Tools like Kling, Elevenlabs, Midjourney to generate and manipulate digital assets
Innovate new content formats that resonate with target audiences based on feedback
Maintain strong commercial awareness without owning a direct revenue number.
