Mission:
Sidetrade is launching a brand-new, high-impact engineering initiative to deploy internal autonomous agents across the organisation. These agents will automate high-volume workflows and fundamentally change how teams operate across every business function, including Customer Success, Finance, Product, Professional Services, Marketing, Communications, Sales, and Operations.
As AI Engineering Lead, you own this initiative end to end. You are accountable for defining the vision, shaping the roadmap, and driving delivery across multiple agentic initiatives in parallel. You will prioritise use cases based on business impact, align senior stakeholders across functions, and ensure agents are delivered, adopted, and producing measurable results.
You act as the single point of ownership between business leaders, AI Engineers, and executive sponsors. This is a foundational role where you establish how internal AI products are framed, governed, delivered, and scaled, turning emerging AI capabilities into repeatable operational leverage.
This is a rare greenfield opportunity to lead a company-wide applied AI program with direct impact on productivity, execution speed, and decision quality. You will combine product leadership, program execution, and technical fluency to shape how Sidetrade operationalises AI in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment, with systems that teams rely on every day and leadership can clearly measure.
