AI Engineer – Agentic AI & GenAI | 3–4 Years

Role Summary

We’re hiring an AI Engineer (3–4 yrs) to build agentic GenAI systems for marketing workflows—content generation, campaign assistants, audience insights, lead qualification, knowledge search, and reporting automation. You’ll work on agent orchestration, prompt systems, evaluations, guardrails, and cost-optimized LLM deployment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build agentic workflows using LangGraph (or similar) and implement patterns like ReAct, Plan/Execute, Router, Supervisor, and multi-agent flows.
  • Design stateless and reliable agents with replay/retry logic, tool execution, and failure handling.
  • Develop prompt systems with templating + versioning + governance, and dynamic context injection (brand voice, campaign context, product info).
  • Implement model abstraction to switch LLMs easily (Azure OpenAI/OpenAI/Anthropic/OSS).
  • Create evaluation + benchmarking (golden sets, automated regression tests) for campaign outputs and agent actions.
  • Add guardrails: prompt-injection defense, harmful content filtering, PII redaction, brand/compliance checks.
  • Instrument AgentOps: token/cost tracking, step traces, caching/batching, latency optimizations.
  • Deploy scalable APIs/services for GenAI features integrated with marketing tools (CRM, CMS, analytics, ad platforms).

 

 

Must-Have Skills

  • 3–4 years in software engineering (Python preferred), building production APIs/services.
  • Hands-on with agent orchestration (LangGraph preferred).
  • Strong prompt engineering and structured output (JSON schemas, tool calling).
  • Experience building evaluation harnesses + automated testing for LLM outputs.
  • Practical experience with LLMOps (monitoring, tracing, cost controls).

Preferred (Strong Plus)

  • Microsoft AI Foundry / Azure OpenAI experience.
  • Databricks AgentBricks experience.
  • Experience with GCP Vertex AI (or other GCP AI services).
  • RAG experience (vector DBs, embeddings, reranking) for marketing knowledge assistants.
  • Familiarity with marketing workflows: campaign ops, content lifecycle, SEO/SEM, lead funnels.
