Accountabilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and AI solution requirements.
• Research, design, and develop AI algorithms and models to solve specific business challenges.
• Implement machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and computer vision techniques to analyze large datasets and extract actionable insights.
• Build scalable, robust AI systems capable of real-time data processing and analysis.
• Optimize AI models for accuracy, performance, and computational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines and workflows for model training and inference.
• Evaluate and benchmark AI algorithms and frameworks to determine the best approaches for various use cases.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of professional experience developing AI solutions with a strong focus on machine learning, deep learning, and NLP.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++, with experience using AI libraries/frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistical modeling techniques.
• Familiarity with large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and LLM integrations is a plus.
• Experience with prototyping tools such as Streamlit or Gradio is desirable.
• Knowledge of big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a creative and innovative mindset.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
