We’re hiring an AI Engineer to join our team at the intersection of engineering, AI innovation, and go-to-market execution. This role is perfect for a passionate AI practitioner who wants to see their work directly impacts new innovative products, company’s growth and leads to expanding own competencies in the field.
What You’ll Do
Implement new AI features in products
Build tools & frameworks augmenting the capabilities of LLM/VLMs
Build AI automations & AI agents
Fine-tune AI models
Fine-tune and maintain models with the HuggingFace toolkit
Monitor model's performance
Work with and guide internal teams on building custom datasets
Research & Development
Rapidly build and test AI-driven concepts — moving from proof of concept → MVP → production.
Evaluate existing solutions (both internal & external) and conduct experiments on potential improvements
What We’re Looking For
Technical skills
Strong software engineering background: Python, Rust is a nice-to-have
Experience in parameter-efficient fine-tuning
Knowledge and familiarity with the tools in AI ecosystem (ML frameworks, HuggingFace, MLOps, Guardrails, AI Agents)
Understanding the theory behind neural networks and Transformer architecture
Experience
2–5 years in AI/ML space, at least 2 years with language models
experience with other modalities (vision, audio) is a nice-to-have
Track record of going from idea → prototype → production in fast-paced environments
Previous experience in R&D department is highly valued
