Rayn is looking for an AI Engineer with a primary focus on designing and deploying production-grade LLM applications using the LangChain/LangGraph ecosystem.
What you will bring to Rayn as an AI Engineer
- Develop and deploy AI applications using advanced programming skills in Python and experience with frameworks like LangChain/LangGraph, llama-index, etc.
- Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, focusing on advanced retrieval techniques (semantic search, hybrid search, and re-ranking).
- Integrate state-of-the-art generative AI technologies, including LLMs, to enhance our product offerings and consulting services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Data Scientists and Data Engineers, to design scalable solutions that address complex business challenges.
- Apply knowledge of NLP concepts such as embeddings, retrieval augmented generation, and named entity recognition to improve AI application performance.
- Ensure efficient model productionization in collaboration with MLOps and Data Engineering teams.
- Deploy and manage AI solutions using Kubernetes, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Keep abreast of the latest AI technology trends and advancements to drive innovation within the organization.
Who We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field with a strong focus on AI/ML and NLP.
- At least 1-3 years of relevant experience in developing AI applications.
- Advanced proficiency in Python and familiarity with NLP libraries and frameworks.
- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Apache Spark), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and data lake/delta lake architectures.
- Strong understanding of Kubernetes, containerization, and orchestration techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, creativity in applying AI/ML techniques to business problems, and effective communication and teamwork abilities.
