We are looking for AI Engineer
Senior AI Engineers to work in the development of intelligent, scalable search and recommendation features across a learning platform. This role focuses on combining AI capabilities, vector-based search, and deep integration with Elasticsearch/OpenSearch, while leveraging both Python and .NET to build backend services that power personalized learning paths, semantic search, and image-based search.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement Elasticsearch/OpenSearch-based solutions for large-scale, high-performance search systems.
• Build and integrate vector search capabilities for advanced use cases like semantic recommendations and image similarity.
• Collaborate on AI/ML model integration, including deploying and fine-tuning LLMs (currently Llama 4.0) for personalized learning journeys.
• Develop robust, production-ready backend services using both Python /.NET, ensuring seamless AI and data pipeline integration.
• Translate complex search and recommendation requirements into scalable, high-performing solutions.
Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years in AI Engineering, Search Engineering, or Machine Learning roles.
• Strong experience with Elasticsearch or OpenSearch for building scalable and flexible search systems.
• Solid programming skills in both:
o Python – for AI/ML workflows, data processing, and integration with LLMs.
o .NET (C#) – for backend APIs and system orchestration.
• Hands-on experience with LLM-based solutions (e.g., Llama 4.0), embeddings, and personalization models.
• Proficiency in vector search, semantic similarity, and embedding model integration.
• Experience with data pipelines, model serving, and ML infrastructure.
Nice to Have
• Experience with FAISS, Weaviate, or other vector databases.
• Familiarity with LangChain, Hugging Face, or similar LLM frameworks.
• Knowledge of image recognition models and image-to-vector processing.
• Cloud experience (AWS/GCP/Azure), especially with scalable AI workloads.
• Prior experience in edtech, search, or personalized content delivery systems.
