We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer specializing in Agentic Generative AI platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about building intelligent, autonomous agents and has a proven track record of integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) with complex tools, APIs, and decision-making logic. You will bridge the gap between cutting-edge AI research and scalable, enterprise-grade applications. Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and deploy autonomous or semi-autonomous agents using industry-leading platforms such as Agno, CrewAI, LangGraph, or AutoGen.
  • Create and manage sophisticated agent workflows that integrate LLMs, persistent memory, external tools, and multi-step decision logic.
  • Develop bespoke Python-based components and tools to extend the capabilities of existing agent frameworks.
  • Build and maintain scalable backend services, ensuring AI components are seamlessly integrated into enterprise-level architectures.
  • Partner with product and data teams to define functional requirements and validate the efficacy of AI-driven features.
  • Continuously monitor and improve the performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency of GenAI workloads and API usage.
  • Stay at the forefront of the rapidly evolving GenAI and agentic AI landscape to implement best practices.
  • Required Experience
  • 2+ years of Python experience, specifically focused on AI/ML workflows, automation, and system integration.
  • 1+ years Agentic AI Expertise with hands-on experience with at least one major platform (e.g., LangGraph, CrewAI, Agno, or AutoGen).
  • Deep understanding of the LLM ecosystem (OpenAI, Claude, Mistral), including advanced prompt engineering and tool augmentation (RAG/function calling).
  • Familiarity with Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
