AI Engineer

We’re now looking for an AI Engineer to join our fast-growing innovation team and help shape the future of banking through Artificial Intelligence. In this role, you’ll work on designing, developing, and deploying advanced AI applications that leverage Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI to automate and optimize complex banking processes. You’ll be part of a forward-thinking team pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in fintech and enterprise automation.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of professional experience in AI application development
• Strong programming skills in Python
• Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI API)
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub and general DevOps practices
• Knowledge of REST APIs and SQL
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to a dynamic environment

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI applications using modern LLM and Generative AI technologies
• Contribute to system architecture design and integration of AI solutions into banking platforms
• Build and maintain REST APIs and work with structured data using SQL
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Data Scientists, DevOps Engineers, Product Owners)

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Understanding of Machine Learning and Data Engineering principles
• Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, or a related field
