What You’ll Do

As an AI Engineer, you’ll:

• Design, build, deploy, and maintain AI/ML systems and pipelines (from data ingestion to model deployment)

• Work closely with clients and cross-functional teams (product, design, data engineering) to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions

• Research, experiment, benchmark, and iterate different models (supervised, unsupervised, NLP, computer vision) to find the best fit

• Optimise models for performance, scalability, inference speed, and resource efficiency

• Ensure production-readiness: robust testing, monitoring, versioning, and CI/CD

• Stay on top of AI/ML developments and propose improvements to our stack

• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to best practices & code reviews

What We Require (Must-Haves)

• Proven experience building and deploying ML models in production

• Strong hands-on experience with frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn

• Proficiency in Python (R or similar a plus) and SQL

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes)

• Knowledge of software engineering best practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (Git)

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

• Prior experience in real estate technology or related industries is a plus

Nice to Have (Preferred)

• Experience with NLP or Generative AI (LLMs, transformers)

• Background in computer vision

• Familiarity with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, TFX)

• Knowledge of bias mitigation, model interpretability, and data ethics

• Experience working client-facing or in consulting environments
