We’re on a mission to automate the boring bits of back-office ops – so humans can focus on the good stuff. Our Workstation product team is looking for an AI Engineer to help build the future of customer operations at ANNA.
This team owns the internal platform our support specialists use every day – and now, we’re evolving it to make AI agents part of the crew. You’ll be hands-on in developing tools where AI works alongside humans: resolving tasks, helping customers faster, and lightening the load for our team.
What You’ll Be Working On:
One of your first projects could be automating our dispute resolution workflow. While it seems simple on the surface – a customer flags a suspicious transaction and fills in a form – behind the scenes it’s a complex process involving third-party communications, risk reviews, and back-and-forths for more information. It’s exactly the kind of repetitive, high-effort task we believe AI can handle – and we want you to help make that happen. This is just one of many opportunities to use AI to streamline operations and reduce manual load across the business.
