As our AI Enablement & Optimization Intern, you will be the "geek on the ground" who bridges the gap between cutting-edge AI tools and our Tech teams. Your goal isn't just to use AI, but to figure out how Qonto should use it, testing solutions where none exist yet and transforming the daily lives of our engineers. 🏅 About You - The "Maker" Mindset: You have launched side projects, built tools for your student association, or automated your own life just for fun. You love "tinkering." - Tech-Curious & Self-Taught: You understand code, APIs, and are obsessed with the low-code/AI ecosystem. Whether you learned through engineering school, a bootcamp, or teaching yourself—you can prototype and ship solutions. - Socially Smart: You are comfortable walking up to people you don't know, speaking English fluently, and convincing them to try something new. - Currently pursuing: A 6-month internship 👩‍💻🧑‍💻 What you will do (The 40-40-20 Mix) 🧪 Experiment & Prototype (40%) - Play to learn: Spend your days testing the latest features of Cursor, Claude, and Dust (+AI tools) - Vibe Coding: Take real Qonto problems and "vibe code" solutions—building quick, functional prototypes to prove value. - Crack the code: Find new patterns and "hacks" that turn week-long tasks into 5-second automations. 🗣️ Enable & Animate (40%) - Go see people: Walk the floor, sit with engineers, and ask: "What is boring you today?" - Community Builder: Animate our Slack channels (Slack AI, Cursor), sharing your discoveries and helping teams adopt new workflows. - Unblock Teams: Act as a consultant for internal squads, helping them integrate AI into their specific context. ⚙️ Operate & Govern (20%) - Keep it clean: Manage our AI software catalog and licenses—ensuring we only pay for what we use. - Document the path: Maintain the internal knowledge base so that every "hack" you discover becomes a standard for the whole company. 🤔 Why this role is unique - High Impact: You aren't just an intern; you are driving a company-wide transformation for 2026. - Mentorship: You will work On-Site in Paris alongside top Tech leaders including Kévin Prettre who will mentor you daily. - Freedom: You have the autonomy to define how you solve problems.
