Anduin Transactions

AI Enablement Specialist

TLDR

Support business stakeholders by fast-tracking their development cycles and ensuring production-ready deployment through technical collaboration and innovation.

The private markets are a multi-trillion-dollar powerhouse that funds everything from tech startups to major infrastructure projects, yet much of it still operates on fragmented, inefficient legacy systems. At Anduin, we're changing that. The Anduin platform is built for the complete investor experience. We're not just improving a process; we're creating a better way for the entire industry to operate.

The Anduin Platform has supported over $205 billion in capital raised, helping more than 1,180 funds and 64,000 investors transact in a more efficient and investor-friendly way. This remarkable traction is a testament to the powerful, tangible value we deliver to our clients every day, solidifying our position as a leader in the financial technology space.

We're a global team of over 140 talented individuals with deep private market expertise across North America, Europe, and Asia. Since our founding in 2014, we've remained focused on our mission to revolutionize investing in alts and empower LP-GP relationships. If you're ready to join a team that is transforming an entire industry and making a real impact, we encourage you to apply.

Our company has a unique edge: our business stakeholders are actively building sophisticated, near-production-ready AI tools using a variety of coding agents, agent & workflow builder tools. We don’t need someone to build for them—we need someone working alongside them as a force multiplier.

You will be the bridge between our creative business "builders" and our core Engineering team. Your goal is to take high-potential prototypes and "harden" them for production, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and compatible with our core infrastructure. You will report to our AI Program leadership (part of our Business Operations org).

Job Responsibilities:

  • Accelerate, Not Replace: Work alongside our highly capable business stakeholders to speed up their development cycles. You’ll help them solve complex deployment gaps, optimize workflows, and handle certain technical heavy lifting that allows them to stay focused on business logic & AI experiments.
  • Production-Ready Deployment: You will be responsible for the "last mile" of deployment. This includes containerizing apps, optimizing data flows, and ensuring all LLM calls are routed properly through our infosec-approved architecture.
  • Engineering Liaison: You will be the primary technical point of contact for our in-house Engineering team. You will ensure that the tools built within our program respect engineering standards, security protocols, and infrastructure requirements.
  • Infrastructure Hardening: Collaborate with Engineering to solidify the shared tooling used by the program. You’ll help build the "paved road" that makes it easy for others to deploy safely.
  • The "Technical Anchor": Provide semi-technical guidance on API integrations, authentication, and error handling to stakeholders who have the vision but need a technical partner to ensure stability.

Technical Must-Haves:

  • API & Integration Proficiency: Deep comfort working with REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON.
  • Modern Scripting: Proficiency in Python or JavaScript. You can write clean, maintainable scripts to extend the capabilities of low-code tools like n8n or Flowise.
  • Foundational Infrastructure: Practical experience with Docker (containerization) and a clear understanding of how to deploy and manage containers. Exposure to AWS is a plus.
  • Data Literacy: Solid command of SQL and experience with modern backend-as-a-service platforms like Supabase or PostgreSQL.
  • Version Control: Fluency in Git. You understand how to manage code and configurations in a way that our Engineering team will respect and trust.

Who You Are:

  • Technical, but Human: You have a technical background (perhaps in QA, Support Engineering, DevOps, or as a Junior Dev), but you genuinely enjoy explaining technical concepts to non-technical people & working alongside business stakeholders.
  • A "Bridge" Personality: You have the technical chops to earn the respect of hardcore engineers, but the communication skills and empathy to be a favorite partner for business stakeholders.
  • Resourceful Problem Solver: You don't wait for a manual. If a tool is breaking, you are eager to dig into the logs, read the documentation, and find a path forward.
  • Eager Learner: The AI landscape changes every week. You stay on the pulse of new frameworks and are excited to bring those learnings back to the team.
  • Low Ego, High Collaborative Drive: You find professional satisfaction in helping others succeed and seeing their tools cross the line into production.
