AI Enablement Developer

What You’ll Do:

• Build resilient AI Agents using LangGraph and microservices.
• Develop complex automation workflows in n8n (our core orchestration tool).
• Collaborate with our Internal Business Analyst who provides clear specs (Mermaid/Markdown), so you focus on coding, not guessing requirements.
• Connect platforms like Airtable, Clay, and HubSpot via APIs.
• Tackle quick-turn data tasks (crawling & parsing, extraction, migration).
• Use LLM APIs (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, open source) for smart automation.

Tech stack:

• Languages: Python, JavaScript, SQL.
• Orchestration: n8n (heavy usage), Zapier.
• AI Frameworks: LangGraph (priority), LangChain, MCP protocol.
• Tools: Cursor, Windsurf, Apify, Airtable, Clay.

What We Are Looking For:

• Be Passionate about AI: You spend your weekends exploring new models.
• Be a Learner: We value Curiosity and Love of Learning. You constantly research new tools (MCP servers, new agent frameworks) and share findings with the team.
• Have Agent Experience: You have moved beyond simple "chatbots" to stateful, multi-step agents (preferably in LangGraph).
• Be Fast: Skilled in fast prototyping. You know when to use low-code (n8n) for speed and when to write code for control.
• English: Fluent (B2+/C1).
• Remote Work: Comfortable working in a globally distributed remote team.
