AI Enablement Analyst

The AI Enablement Analyst is a hands-on, execution-focused role responsible for building, testing, and deploying practical AI-powered solutions across Revalize. This role supports the company’s AI transformation by helping teams automate work, improve efficiency, and unlock new capabilities using modern AI and automation tools. 

You will work as part of a small, strategic AI team and collaborate with stakeholders across Professional Services and other business functions to understand problems, assess opportunities, and deliver working AI-enabled solutions. This role is ideal for an early-to-mid career engineer who is excited to learn quickly, experiment responsibly, and apply AI in real-world business environments. 

Responsibilities

• Build, test, and deploy practical AI-powered solutions across Revalize
• Automate workflows and business processes to improve team efficiency
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Professional Services and other business functions to gather requirements and assess opportunities
• Design, test, and refine prompts and AI-driven workflows to improve output quality and reliability
• Evaluate when AI is the right solution versus traditional automation or rules-based approaches
• Integrate AI services into workflows, tools, and applications beyond simple chat interfaces
• Work with data from multiple sources (documents, forms, systems, APIs) and shape it for AI use
• Build solutions that align with enterprise security and governance expectations
• Translate business requirements and feedback into working solutions iteratively

• 1–4 years of experience in a technical role (software engineering, automation, solutions engineering, data engineering, or similar)
• Hands-on experience working with LLMs and Generative AI tools to build functional solutions
• Familiarity with common GenAI use cases: summarization, extraction, classification, routing, and content generation
• Understanding of AI limitations (hallucinations, context limits, latency, cost) and how to design around them
• Experience with Microsoft platforms including Azure, Foundry, Copilot, Teams, and Power Platform
• Experience building automation workflows using tools such as n8n or similar
• Experience working with APIs, MCP, webhooks, databases, and system integrations
• Ability to write and modify basic scripts in JavaScript and/or Python
• Comfort working in ambiguous, evolving environments with a bias toward action over over-planning
• Strong collaboration and communication skills across technical and business audiences

Revalize designates standard working hours as 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Time (ET) for employees based in the United States and 08:00 to 17:00 Central European Time (CET) for employees operating within the EMEA region.

The compensation offered to the successful candidate will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s work experience, education and licenses, work-related training, key skills, the core duties of the role and its associated responsibilities, additional benefits offered, and the location where the work will be performed. This is a full-time, bonus eligible position.  Base Salary is one part of our competitive total compensation and benefits package and is determined using a range. The listed compensation range represents our good faith estimate for this position and represents the range for new hire salaries across all U.S locations.
