THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for an experienced AI-Driven Software Engineer to join our distributed development team.

You should have a strong software engineering background, ideally in a web-centric environment, and solid technical foundations. However, you should also have transitioned to AI-driven software development and adopted the mindset required to instruct and orchestrate AI-coding systems, versus writing code line by line.

In this role, you will help design, build and maintain our in-house Operating Platform that leverages AI-based coding, autonomous agents, and intelligent workflows to automatically enrich datasets, optimize processes, and enable smarter decision-making across the company.

Responsibilities

• Own full-stack features built primarily via AI-Development tools
• Define specs, requirements and interfaces for our platform
• Orchestrate multi-step agent workflows, including planning, development, testing and documentation
• Review, debug, and validate AI-generated code for production readiness
• Continuously improve prompts, tools, and agent strategies

Requirements

• Full-stack development experience in production systems
• Experience with one or more DBMS or Datastore systems
• Experience on *Nix-based systems
• Experience with AWS 
• Solid understanding of standard web technologies (HTML, CSS, JS)
• Shipped software where AI-Coding tools generated the majority of the code
• Comfortable understanding, debugging and reviewing code you did not write
• Strong systems thinking and failure-mode analysis
• High agency and low ego toward “ownership of code”
• Team-oriented attitude and familiarity and passion for working in distributed teams and in remote working environments
• Strong ambition and a growth mindset
• Candid and clear communication, with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

Additional Requirements

• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written
• The position will require some travel
